Alejandra Sievers
Family Navigator/Parent Engagement Coordinator, RiseUp Partnership
Alejandra Sievers serves as a Family Navigator for RiseUp Partnership, where she works to break down the barriers that keep families from getting the support they need and helps to build a stronger, more connected Goodhue County.
At the heart of her work is a belief that every family deserves someone in their corner. Alejandra partners directly with parents and families throughout the community, regardless of background, to connect them with housing assistance, financial resources, and other essential programs, and she takes pride in getting to know each family as individuals rather than case numbers. Looking ahead, she hopes to deepen RiseUp Partnership's ability to offer personalized, one-on-one support so that every family in the area has a path to thrive.
Before joining RiseUp Partnership, Alejandra worked as a bilingual paraprofessional at Goodhue Public Schools, where she supported English Language Learners and their families. This experience shaped her deep commitment to bridging gaps for families navigating a new system.
Born in Guatemala, Alejandra immigrated to the United States at age 10. That personal experience of transition fuels her passion for being a steady, knowledgeable resource for families in transition today. She lives in Lake City with her husband and their three sons.
