Alyvia Xiong (she/her)
Youth Advocacy and Summer Programming Coordinator

Alyvia Xiong is the Youth Advocacy and Summer Programming Coordinator at RiseUp Partnership. In her role, Alyvia designs and leads engaging summer programming for middle school students across Goodhue County, and helps to support the Community Youth Council in their goals and initiatives to ensure that youth are represented in their community. 

Alyvia began as a mentor to middle school students through RiseUp Partnership. She helped to found the Community Youth Council, and also spent time as a data analyst for the RiseUp Partnership youth marketing team. As the daughter of Hmong refugees, Alyvia cares deeply about creating space for youth voice and input in the community around them. She is intentional about designing programs in partnership with the young people she serves, and is passionate about creating opportunities for authentic youth leadership.

Alyvia is a graduate of Red Wing Public Schools, and she is currently pursuing a degree in education and social work. She lives in Red Wing with her family and her three pet birds. She enjoys discovering new music, traveling, and painting in her spare time.
