Alyvia Xiong (she/her)
Groundwork Fellow: Community Youth Council Coordinator; Youth on Boards

Alyvia Xiong is the Community Youth Council Coordinator. In this role, Alyvia will continue to grow the Community Youth Council, with expanded outreach, leadership training, orientation sessions, and mentorship for new members. She is also leading other key youth leadership initiatives, including research, training, and recruitment on best practices for youth participation on boards. In addition, Alyvia is working in partnership with Red Wing High School to create a co-design space to improve communication, student voice, and equitable systems in the school, aiming to reimagine education through youth-adult collaboration.
