Afterschool and Summer Program Coordinator

Logan Hildebrandt is the Afterschool and Summer Program Coordinator for RiseUp Partnership. In his role, he organizes and facilitates activities for the afterschool and summer youth programs. 

Logan is passionate about building genuine relationships through strong and authentic communication. He previously worked with adults in group home settings, where he supported them with personal care, goal setting, and community involvement. He is particularly proud of his ability to build relationships with people across all backgrounds. He believes modeling this type of relationship-building for the youth he serves will help them move into adulthood with confidence and a sense of purpose.

Logan holds a certificate in MERN stack web development from the University of Minnesota. He enjoys playing video games and spending time with family and friends.
