Mykaela Einberger (she/her)
Youth Leadership and Engagement Coordinator

Mykaela Einberger is the Youth Leadership and Engagement Coordinator for RiseUp Partnership. In her role, she facilitates and supports the partnership’s youth leadership programs, including the Community Youth Council, out-of-school time groups, and Youth on Boards.

Prior to joining RiseUp Partnership, Mykaela served as the assistant directors of the Early Childhood Academy in Red Wing, where she provided curriculum support and staff coaching. She is passionate about working with youth of all ages, and is especially excited to support youth leadership development in Goodhue County. She believes that all youth deserve to have a voice in decisions that affect them, and she hopes to help ensure that the youth at RiseUp Partnership have the support they need to accomplish their goals and pursue their passions.

Mykaela is currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in psychology. She lives in Red Wing with her husband and two sons. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling and watching ice hockey.
