Groundwork Fellow: Youth Engagement & Partnerships Coordinator

Reghan Prall is the Youth Engagement & Partnerships Coordinator. In this role, she will work to increase youth participation and community engagement for the afterschool program across Goodhue County by building strong relationships with schools, families, and local businesses. She will visit schools to promote programming and establish referral processes, collaborate with the Family Navigator to build trust with parents, and actively recruit youth through school events and outreach. She will also work to raise awareness by engaging businesses, distributing flyers, and presenting at community events. Reghan’s efforts are designed to boost enrollment, strengthen partnerships, and ensure families, schools, and communities are informed and supportive of the program.
