Ruth is a Program & Outreach Manager at RiseUp Partnership, where she oversees youth programming while building the mentor and volunteer base needed to support it. She collaborates with community partners, working to expand referral networks and strengthen relationships with schools, businesses, and other nonprofits. She is passionate about helping young people overcome challenges and lives by the motto, "Be the change you wish to see in the world."

Before joining RiseUp Partnership in 2024, Ruth worked in education at St. Joseph School and Red Wing Public Schools. Her commitment to service extends beyond her work: she also organizes a support group for injured U.S. Marine Corps recruits and is an active member of Hiawatha Valley Family Beyond the Yellow Ribbon.

Ruth attended Minnesota School of Business and Southern New Hampshire University, where she studied business and marketing. She lives in Red Wing with her husband, and together they have six children and three grandchildren. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, gardening, and writing letters to recruits.
